Scorto™ Dimension is a front-office application,
providing the four following types of specialized workplaces
for credit specialists:
Inspector - a credit inspector's or credit
manager's workplace.
The workplace is intended for the organization of the loan-granting process at a lending outlet. The functionality of the workplace includes creation of a new request, verification of the borrower using the available data sources (black lists, lists of customers, and so on), editing of a request, printing of the required documentation and other capabilities. The workplace can be set to allow the credit inspector or manager to make a decision on the granting of a loan within his or her assigned authority.
Expert - a credit expert's workplace.
The workplace is used to make decisions on the granting of a loan (in accordance with the set credit policy rules) in those cases, when such decisions cannot be made by credit inspectors or managers. A request is accompanied with additional information from external data sources and can be made a decision on within the credit expert's assigned authority, in accordance with the credit policy rules.
Security Manager - an economic security manager's workplace.
The workplace is intended for the initial processing of requests by the credit organization's Economic Security department. The workplace allows an economic security expert to verify the adequacy of a scoring result taking into consideration the contents of the borrower's request, received from a credit inspector or manager. The expert can either approve or reject the request.
Senior Expert - a credit analyst's or risk-manager's workplace.
The Senior Expert workplace is intended for those experts who have the highest level of permissions and work with especially significant requests. The user can define the most optimal conditions for a loan (term, collateral, percentage rate, and so on) and monitor the work of credit inspectors and experts, as well as the processes of operational reports' generation and processing.
